What to do with our chipped and damaged pots? I hated to just throw them. Sarah from The Cambridge Paella Company came up with a fab idea.
So there we were one hot Saturday at Over Carnival sweeping up broken china and encouraging people to have a go as we laid out the pottery on shelves at the back of our gazebo.
No-one needed much encouragement – all ages from as young as three to the occasional seventy year old chucked a ball, chuckling at the opportunity to smash some posh china.
It was hard work but great fun…look out for us at your village fete…when we’ve amassed enough we’ll definitely do it again.
